This is not your typical dance class. MDF classes are designed to be both a physical and mental release wherever you find yourself. We dance to a variety of music genres ranging from hip-hop, pop, and international music. These classes are accessible for all levels and no dance background is needed. Beginner friendly, fun & easy to follow while learning along the way. Spots are limited due to capacity so be sure to secure your ticket in advance. Ages 13 and up welcome. No refunds, tickets nontransferable.
