Join us in a comedy club downtown for a one-hour dance fitness class where we release the pressure, get grounded in the body, and regulate our nervous system – all through the modality of dance. Come to move, laugh, & have fun and leave feeling energized, empowered, and inspired – this is not your typical dance class! We dance to a variety of music genres ranging from hip-hop, top 40, and international music. Melody DanceFit classes are accessible for all levels and no dance background is needed. This is a safe and nonjudgmental space for all fitness levels. Ages 13 and up welcome. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Let’s feel, deal & heal!
