This is not your typical dance class. MDF classes are designed to be both a physical and mental release wherever you find yourself.  We dance to a variety of music genres ranging from hip-hop, pop, and international music. These classes are accessible for all levels and no dance background is needed. Beginner friendly, fun & easy to follow while learning along the way. Spots are limited due to capacity so be sure to secure your ticket in advance. Ages 13 and up welcome.
