Join us for a Melody DanceFit class and learn how to utilize dance as a tool to unlock a deep transformation that results in rediscovering yourself and your innate power. Release the pressure, get grounded in the body, and regulate your nervous system – all through the modality of dance. These high energy cardio classes are designed to be both a physical and mental release.  We will dance to a variety of music genres ranging from hip-hop, pop, and international music. Melody DanceFit classes are accessible for all levels and no dance background is needed. This is a safe and nonjudgmental space for all fitness levels. Ages 13 and up welcome.
