We’re so excited to be back with a pop up MDF class at Empire Control Room! This class will be outdoor and socially distanced. There will be markers for each participant to stand 6 feet apart. We will be taking safety precautions for this event but please do not attend if you feel ill or uncomfortable being around people. Masks encouraged upon arrival. As always, this class is for every fitness level, no dance background is needed. Come ready to sweat, celebrate, and laugh. We can’t wait to see you!
